Biography
Damola Omisore has experience in a variety of energy matters, including real property acquisition and disposition, title review and analysis. Damola has broad knowledge on land use, easements, right of way acquisitions, leases, due diligence, regulatory compliance, property conveyances, waivers of mineral interest and state and federal regulations as they pertain to real property ownership.
Damola provides proactive and responsive advice and legal risk assessments to clients. She counsels clients on the applicability and effects of regulations, and provides guidance on how to mitigate the risks of potential enforcement actions.
During law school, Damola served as a legal intern at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Environmental Working Group.
