Biography
Josh Owings represents businesses in all areas of employment law. He advocates for clients before state and federal agencies and in courts nationwide, litigating wage-and-hour disputes, contract claims, restrictive covenant enforcement, discrimination and harassment cases and a wide variety of statutory and common-law employment issues. Josh has extensive experience advising clients on labor and employment matters arising from domestic and multi-jurisdictional business transactions. Additionally, he regularly counsels employers through sensitive internal investigations and inquiries conducted by federal and state regulatory authorities. Josh helps organizations mitigate workplace risk by developing sound policies and procedures and providing practical guidance to prevent avoidable legal disputes.
