Real estate finance and structured finance teams expand with new London partner
United Kingdom | Press release - People | December 2020
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the hire of new partner Jennie Dorsaint to expand its real estate finance and structured finance practices in London.
Jennie joins the firm from Paul Hastings, where she was a partner in the London real estate department. She represents lenders, arrangers, investors, administrators, servicers and real estate debt funds in connection with the origination, syndication, securitisation, restructuring and enforcement of real estate debt and commercial loans throughout Europe. Jennie also has particular experience advising clients on cross-border financing and restructuring transactions.
Chris Brown, EMEA head of banking and finance at Norton Rose Fulbright, commented:
“Jennie has a strong practice across both real estate finance and structured finance and her experience will strengthen our respective teams in those areas, particularly as we are likely to see an uptick in real estate investment activity as we emerge from the other side of the Covid-19 pandemic. The firm’s cross-border capabilities and platform across Europe will complement Jennie’s practice, and we look forward to working with her.”
Jennie commented:
“I am delighted to be joining the strong banking and finance practice at Norton Rose Fulbright. I look forward to working with colleagues both in London and internationally on cross-border work, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.”
