Norton Rose Fulbright advises ABN AMRO Bank on financing of hotel property acquisition and development by The July Group

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised ABN AMRO Bank on the financing of The July Group’s acquisition and redevelopment of a hotel property located at Boelelaan 2, 1083 HJ in Amsterdam.

The team advising on the deal included lawyers from across the firm’s real estate finance, real estate and tax teams.

The Amsterdam-based team was led by counsel Jasper Dijkshoorn alongside senior associate Annemarie Ver Loren van Themaat-Creutzberg, with support from partners Wouter Hertzberger, Daphne Broerse and Bart Le Blanc, senior associate David de Roos and associates Frances Hoogenberg, Alexander Govers, Martijn Knigge, Maaike Faase, Leora Wit, Mark de Haan and Marjolein Lensing.
