Laura Bonato is a corporate and regulatory lawyer based in the Milan office. She provides legal assistance to both Italian and foreign clients in matters concerning banking, insurance and financial markets.

She advises banks, financial and insurance intermediaries, payment institutions and electronic money institutions on matters related to prudential supervision, corporate governance and investment services, as well as to the anti-money laundering. Her assistance includes the drafting of memorandums and opinions, contracts, the management of compliance issues, petitions and defense statements in proceedings before Italian supervisory authorities.

She joined us in October 2024 from a leading Italian firm.
