Kathy MacDonald is an Of Counsel based in London. She is the head of the corporate knowledge team for the London office. Her work involves developing and delivering internal and client training, producing client briefings and assisting fee earners with legal queries.

Kathy has been a member of the corporate knowledge team since 2012. Prior to this she worked as a senior associate, advising primarily on equity capital markets and public M&A transactions.
