Biography

Gabriel Culver's practice focuses on patent litigation, representing clients in industries such as semiconductor design, LED lighting and nutritional supplements. Gabriel has broad experience in patent litigation, including with early case development and strategy, preparation of pleadings and motions, discovery and document production, trial preparation, trial, and post-trial motion practice.

Before joining the firm, Gabriel completed a judicial clerkship at the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, doing work for both the Hon. James R. Nowlin and Hon. Alan D Albright. He is admitted to practice in the US District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas.
