Norton Rose Fulbright advises Metrika Tech Fund on acquisition of majority interest in Abissi

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Metrika Tech Fund on the legal due diligence related to the acquisition of a majority interest in Abissi S.r.l., an Italian company based in Cagliari, Sardinia, operating in the cybersecurity sector. The sellers Abinsula S.r.l. and Luca Savoldi will retain minority interests in Abbissi by holding 20% and 10% of the share capital, respectively.

Metrika Tech is an Italian private equity fund owned by Italian entrepreneurs. It invests primarily in small and medium-sized companies active in the information and communication technology sector.
Abinsula is a leading Italian player in embedded, IoT, web and mobile solutions, specialising in the automotive sector, and is part of the international ELITE network of Borsa Italiana (Euronext Group). With this transaction, Abinsula has sold its majority shareholding in Abissi, but remains a minority shareholder and intends to maintain a strong industrial partnership.
