Norton Rose Fulbright advises Capital Dynamics on the acquisition of a 18 MWp solar development in Sicily

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Capital Dynamics (CD) on the acquisition from Solar 2.0 S.r.l., a holding company owned by the Italian IPP Solar Ventures, of the entire corporate capital of Solar Italy XVI S.r.l. (Solar Italy).
Solar Italy is a company that owns all the project rights for the construction and operation of a photovoltaic plant with a nominal power capacity of 18 MWp in the Municipality of Santa Croce Camerina (RG), Sicily Region.
CD is one of the main players in the Italian PV non-subsidized energy market, owning a portfolio of operative or under construction plants with an overall capacity of 106 MWp.
