Stefan K. Kutscheid is a lawyer in the Corporate, M&A and Securities department in our Frankfurt office.

His practice focuses on advising on complex national and international corporate transactions.

He advises clients on M&A transactions, Carve-outs, Joint Ventures, corporate reorganisations, transformations as well as post-acquisition and strategic measures. His clients are international companies in the Technology sector (communications, media and entertainment, technology, automotive) as well as the Transportation and Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining us, he worked inter alia for a leading investment bank as in-house lawyer being responsible for M&A in the investment banking department.

He studied law in Mainz, London and Cologne and was admitted to the bar in 2011. In addition, he completed a degree in Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) (Diploma in Management).

Since 2018, he has been a lecturer at the renowned Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in the Master of M&A programme.
