Regulation on Internal Systems of Insurance and Private Pension Sectors has been published in the Official Gazette

There have been recent amendments to the Regulation on the Internal Systems of the Insurance and Private Pension Sectors. The changes impact the scope of liabilities to include special institutions operating in the insurance and private pension sectors, insurance and reinsurance brokers with legal personality, insurance and reinsurance companies, and pension companies.
