We provide legal services in Poland through our affiliated entity, Norton Rose Fulbright Dyczkowski and Partners Limited Partnership which operates the Warsaw office. It is entered into the Business Register maintained by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000008741.

Professional Regulation
Our Warsaw office comprises the following:
- legal advisers who are regulated Krajowa Rada Radców Prawnych (National Council of Legal Advisers);
- advocates who are regulated by Naczelna Rada Adwokacka (Polish Bar Council); and
- England and Wales qualified solicitors and registered foreign lawyers (RFLs), who are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
The rules and principles applicable to the professional conduct of the above mentioned legal professions can be found on the websites of the relevant regulatory bodies. Foreign lawyers may register with either the Local Council of either the Legal Advisers or the Advocates to carry on their profession in Poland. EU rules apply to EU lawyers who have a place of establishment or provide legal services in Poland.

We are determined to ensure that all complaints are sensitively, sensibly and satisfactorily resolved. Please refer to our complaints policy here.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Professional indemnity Insurance
We maintain professional indemnity insurance cover as required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales Indemnity Insurance Rules 2013, on a world-wide basis with two Lloyds Syndicates: QBE Syndicate 0386, QBE Syndicate 1886 and Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance. Please refer to the General Counsel in London for further details of the insurance and how to contact the insurers.
In cases where professional indemnity insurance is required to be placed locally in accordance with statute or regulation, details of such policies can be provided upon request by the General Counsel in London.
