Biography
Damian Pawlak is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Warsaw.
He focuses his practice on issues relating to competition and antitrust, commercial as well as civil law. His experience includes advising on merger control and cartel investigations.
He joined the firm in February 2022. Before that he worked in the restructuring team of a Polish law firm.
Damian is a trainee advocate and a graduate of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration).

- Advised Aegon Growth Capital Fund on the sale of 44% share stake in Phinance.
- Advised PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna on €3 billion project financing for the construction of the 1.5 GW Baltica 2 offshore wind project developed in a joint venture with Ørsted.
- Advised Velvet CARE on the acquisition of shares in Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue.
- Advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on financing acquisition of a portfolio of five retail parks (located in Głowno, Świdnica, Przemyśl, Kalisz and Puławy) by the AB Tewox, a fund managed by Lords LB Asset Management. The portfolio covers more than 36,000 sq. m. of leasable area and boasts nearly 100% occupancy rate with the anchor tenant Jeronimo Martins Polska, operator of the grocery chain Biedronka.
- Advised Lumine Group on the acquisition of Titanium Software Holdings, Inc. and all of its subsidiaries.
