Biography
Clare Samson is a senior knowledge lawyer based in Melbourne. She is responsible for drafting and maintaining the firm's banking & finance precedents, and providing training and education.
Clare has over 10 year's post-admission knowledge in banking & finance transaction and advisory work including corporate and commercial lending (bilateral and syndicated) in particular property, acquisition and corporate finance, debt restructuring, advice in relation to the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) and securitisation.
Clare is also a member of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) Documentation & Legal Issues Committee which is responsible for drafting and maintaining the APLMA standard Australian Law primary and secondary documentation.
