CIC, Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC and SG acted as arrangers in this operation.
The Paris-based Norton Rose Fulbright team advising TTR Energy on the tax aspects of the operation was led by EMEA head of tax partner Antoine Colonna d'Istria with support from associate Alexandra Bloch-Manikow.
