Biography
Mateusz Czuba is a lawyer specializing in energy and infrastructure projects based in Warsaw.
He focuses his practice on energy, project finance and infrastructure development.
Mateusz advises clients mainly from the Energy and Infrastructure sectors, in particular on issues related to renewables. He focuses his practice on legal due diligence, project documents, PPA arrangements and M&A transactions.
He has advised in numerous large projects relating to the renewable projects in Poland (PVs, onshore and offshore wind farms) and has experience in drafting and negotiating project documents in the energy and infrastructure sector (such as joint development agreements, PPAs, EPC contracts, balance of plant contracts, Development Services Agreements, etc.). Mateusz is also involved in various M&A transactions concerning renewables and has experience in drafting and negotiating documents such as Share Purchase Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Asset Purchase Agreement and other supporting M&A documents.
Mateusz is an advocate trainee and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at University of Łódz.
In 2024 Mateusz completed Postgraduate Merges and Acquisition Studies at Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Handlowa).
