Advising bp on its corporate and commercial agreements relating to the Rumaila technical service contract in Iraq, and specifically the operational structure in place between bp and its partner, PetroChina, as well as a restructure establishing a joint venture company, Basra Energy Company Limited.
Aquiline on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Ripe Insurance, a UK based MGA with a focus on specialist and small business insurance.
Mr Jisheng Gao on his sale of a majority stake in Southampton Football Club to Sport Republic, an investment firm led by Dragan Solak that operates in the sports and entertainment industry.
