Gerald Tan is a banking and finance lawyer based in London. He has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on cross-border and domestic trade financings, leveraged financings, insurance financings and general banking matters.

Gerald trained with the firm in London and qualified in August 2022. He has also spent six months on secondment to the competition and regulatory compliance team at a major integrated energy company.
