- American International Group, Inc., as Canadian lead counsel in the context of the sale of its individual personal travel insurance and assistance business, including Travel Guard Canada Group, Inc. to Zurich Insurance Group for $600 million in cash plus additional earn-out consideration.
- Namakor Holdings, a private equity fund specializing in the industrial manufacturing sector, in connection with its acquisition of Crawler Mulching Industries Danri Inc., a business specializing in manufacturing specialized forestry and agriculture sector tractors and grinders
- Thrust Capital Partners Fund I L.P., a private equity fund dedicated to the aerospace industry supply chain, in connection with its acquisition of DCM Group Inc., a business specializing in manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry
- Les Serres Royales inc., a greenhouse tomato producer, with its sale to Cultures Gen V inc., an important vegetable producer
- Thrust Capital Partners Fund I L.P., a private equity fund dedicated to the aerospace industry supply chain, in connection with its acquisition of Dishon Limited, a business specializing in manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry
