Ascendant Legal strengthens real estate capabilities in Singapore with new Director hire

Ascendant Legal today announced that Lynette Low has joined the firm as Director.

Lynette is a real estate lawyer based in Singapore. She has more than 20 years of extensive real estate experience, both as a practicing lawyer and an in-house counsel.

Qualified in Singapore and in England & Wales, Lynette joins Ascendant Legal having previously worked in some of the leading local and international law firms in Singapore, and until recently was legal consultant at one of the world’s largest real estate investment management companies.
Lynette has advised and represented domestic and foreign investors, governmental agencies, statutory boards, institutional investors, property funds, financiers, developers and asset managers in all aspects of real estate transactions including those relating to regulatory, corporate and compliance issues.

In January 2019, Norton Rose Fulbright announced the establishment of a Formal Law Alliance (FLA) with Singapore law practice Ascendant Legal LLC. The alliance, Norton Rose Fulbright Ascendant, was created following approval from the Singapore Ministry of Law, and it provides clients with comprehensive suite of legal services.
