Norton Rose Fulbright advises mBank on financing construction of 40 MWp Pożarowo PV portfolio in Poland

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised mBank on financing construction of the Pożarowo PV portfolio in Poland with aggregate capacity of 40 MWp sponsored by Afcon Renewable Energy.
The Warsaw team was led by associate Igor Kondartowicz and counsel and head of energy practice Tomasz Rogalski and included associates Karolina Majcher and Michał Rutkowski, lawyer Karolina Lepakiewicz and paralegal Mateusz Głaz. Tomasz Rogalski, senior associate Cezary Zawiślak and lawyer Jakub Chmiel assisted on the project-related and legal due diligence aspects of the financing. Senior associate Krzysztof Gorzelak, associate Oskar Sula and lawyer Katarzyna Konarska advised on the hedging aspects.
Pożarowo PV portfolio will be financed by mBank which is one of the most active lenders in the Polish renewable energy market. Afcon Renewable Energy is a leading renewable energy developer with its headquarters in Isreal.
mBank team was led by Tomasz Groyecki and included Jacek Zwierzchowski and Mateusz Mańkowski.
