Daisy Larcombe is a corporate lawyer based in London. She specialises in advising insurance sector clients on corporate and regulatory matters.

Daisy’s experience includes advising on a range of corporate transactions, including international and domestic M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, as well as advising on complex reinsurance arrangements, in particular longevity reinsurance transactions. Daisy also has experience advising on insurance linked securities transactions, as well as general corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Daisy has also spent time on secondment at Willis Towers Watson where she advised on commercial and regulatory matters.
