Biography
Boris Martella is an employment and labor lawyer based in the Milan office.
He provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance, advising national and international clients on the full range of employment and labor law matters.
His experience includes: drafting employment and self-employment contracts, drafting non-competition and solicitation covenants, negotiations with trade unions and drafting of second-level collective agreements, corporate restructurings, individual and collective dismissals, transfers of undertakings, internal audits, and due diligence connected to mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly advises managers and directors in negotiations for the draft of employment and self-employment contracts, as well as in case of dismissal or resignation.
He completed advanced studies in sports law and sports justice at the University of Milan in 2023.
With reference to sports law, he provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to sport clubs, professional athletes and sport agents with regard to all aspects related to transfer of contracts, employment relationships, sponsorship relationships and management of image rights.
Prior to joining us, Boris worked in the Milan office of Italian and international law firms.
