Norton Rose Fulbright advises Metrika Tech on acquisition of majority interest in Upgrade

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Metrika Tech on the legal due diligence related to the acquisition by QiNet of a majority interest in Upgrade S.r.l., a company operating in the cybersecurity and cloud operation services sector, and its subsidiary, Upgrade SA.

Metrika Tech is an Italian private equity fund owned by Italian entrepreneurs. It invests primarily in small and medium-sized companies active in the information and communication technology sector.

This is the first add-on for QiNet, following the investment of Metrika Tech. With this operation, the two companies, QiNet and Upgrade, will be integrating their respective teams and expanding their range of services.
