Global patents comparative law guide: Sufficiency of disclosure

Norton Rose Fulbright’s global comparative guide for patents is now updated with a section on Turkey. Worldwide, a basic requirement for a valid patent is that it provides a sufficient disclosure of the invention being claimed. To be valid, the patent’s specification must disclose to the public information about the invention. The question is how much information is sufficient?
