World Mental Health Day | October 10

Each year, October 10 marks World Mental Health Day, an opportunity for us to pause and reflect on our own mental health, and the mental health of our friends, family and colleagues. The need for workplaces to focus on mental health has never been greater, and increasing our awareness of the mental health issues people face is an important step towards better understanding how we can support each other.

Through our Mindful voices series, our people are sharing their mental health journeys – what they do to manage and prioritize their mental health, and ways to be mindful of the well-being of others. We invite you to read their stories and encourage open communication about wellness and mental health issues in the workplace, and in the legal profession.
