Carmen Luk is a derivatives and structured finance lawyer based in London. She has experience in a broad range of capital market transactions, with a particular focus on loan repackaging, structured repos, OTC derivatives and structured finance funding transactions.

Carmen’s clients include global investment banks and leading banking institutions. She has advised on a range of complex structured funding transactions with a focus on loan repackaging.

Prior to joining the practice, Carmen worked in the London office of another large international law firm and has also worked for a top tier firm in Australia. Carmen has also completed a client secondment at a leading investment bank.
