Edward Davenport is an energy lawyer based in the London office. He focuses on renewable and low-carbon projects acting for lenders, sponsors, governments and developers on the development, acquisition and disposal, financing and operation of various technologies including solar, onshore wind, offshore wind, CCUS, hydrogen, district heating, biogas, energy storage and EV infrastructure.

Edward has experience in advising on offtake arrangements (including PPAs and hydrogen purchase agreements), regulatory matters, JVs, M&A, project financing, feedstock supply and operation agreements.
