Biography
Jessica Liu is a triple-qualified corporate lawyer based in London.
Jessica focuses on fund formation and cornerstone investments in private funds, in the private equity, venture capital, debt, infrastructure and real estate sectors. She also advises on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, private equity and general corporate and commercial transactions.
Before joining the firm, Jessica was an associate at an international law firm based in Sydney.
