Johanna Vanneste practises corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. Johanna has experience with public and private M&A transactions, equity and debt offerings, and corporate restructuring transactions. She also assists clients with corporate governance, continuous disclosure, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters. 

During law school, Johanna served on the board of directors of the UBC Law Review, volunteered with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program, and participated in the UBC Innocence Project and the Business Law Clinic.

Prior to law school, Johanna worked in customer service and management in the sport and recreation industry. She first joined our Calgary office as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with us in 2023.
