- TransAlta Corporation on its public offering of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 7.750% senior green notes
- Vermilion Energy on its offering of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% senior unsecured notes
- Athabasca Oil Corporation in connection with its private placement offering of an aggregate of 350,000 units comprised of an aggregate principal amount of US$350 million in 9.75% senior secured notes and warrants to purchase common shares
- Enerflex Ltd. on its stock-for-stock cross-border business combination with Exterran Corporation, creating a combined entity with an implied combined enterprise value of approximately US$1.5 billion
- A syndicate of underwriters, led by RBC Capital Markets and Scotiabank, on a bought deal public financing in both Canada and the United States of 28,400,000 common shares of TC Energy Corporation at a price of C$63.50 per common share for gross proceeds of C$1.8 billion
- RBC Capital Markets and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as co-lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in respect of the underwritten financing of the merger of ARC Resources Ltd. and Seven Generations Energy Ltd.
