Timur Ikramov is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in London.

Timur practices across industries such as energy, commodities, infrastructure, FinTech and financial services.  His experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions in cross border as well as domestic matters, investments and disposals of project vehicles and other group companies, venture capital funding rounds and general corporate and governance matters.

Timur trained at the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2022.  He sat with the firm's Project Finance, Asset Finance, General Corporate and Financial Services Advisory teams as part of his training.
