Julie Walton is a ship and offshore finance lawyer based in London.

Julie is involved in all non-contentious aspects of ship and offshore financing arrangements and has experience advising banks, financial institutions and shipping companies on syndicated and bilateral loan financings, ECA-backed financings and lease financings in connection with both second-hand and new-building vessels.

Julie also has particular experience in the LNG sector acting for financiers, sponsors and operators in connection with a number of FSRU projects.

Julie joined the firm in January 2017 from another leading firm in the City.
