Aurélie Pélisson is a corporate finance lawyer based in Paris.

Aurélie’s experience focuses primarily on financial services and banking regulations, asset management, securities, stock exchange and corporate finance matters. She is also active in capital market transactions.

Before joining us in 2013, Aurélie worked as a trainee within our financial services and capital markets team for over six months.

Aurélie graduated from the University of Aix-Marseille III and Paris I  (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) with specialties in banking and financial law, as well as business and tax law.

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013.

She is fluent in French and English.
