Madhavi Gosavi is head of banking and finance, EMEA. She is an infrastructure and projects lawyer based in London.

Madhavi focuses on advising parties in the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects. She also advises on structured financings, project financings and restructurings related to industry areas and geographical regions in which she has a particular form. 

She is primarily experienced in advising commercial lenders, multilaterals, DFIs, sovereigns and development companies on various forms of lending, including financings involving export credit agencies. This includes advising on complex multisourced financings in emerging markets.
