Biography
Todd focuses his practice on a wide range of domestic and international structuring and tax planning for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other pass-through entities. He also has significant experience representing taxpayers through all aspects of tax audits, appeals, competent authority matters and the tax issues associated with bankruptcy.
Todd provides legal advice on complex domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, global tax planning, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, private equity transactions, the tax aspects of securities offerings and like-kind exchanges.
He is licensed to practice in Texas, Alabama (inactive), the District of Columbia (inactive) and the US District Court, Northern District of Texas, the US Tax Court and the US Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
