Vera Ho
Business and Legal Operations Trainee
About me
I joined NRF Transform’s Business and Legal Operations Graduate (BLOG) scheme at Norton Rose Fulbright in August 2024.
Prior to this, I studied Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science and completed a training contract at a city law firm. During my training contract, I witnessed first-hand the evolving landscape of law and the need for firms to adapt to changing client expectations. I also got involved in various process improvement and change management projects. Through these experiences, I developed a keen interest in the business of law and in integrating new technologies and novel ways of working within firms.
The BLOG scheme captured my interest because it offers the opportunity to drive change at a global law firm like Norton Rose Fulbright and contribute to broader industry transformation in legal service delivery.
