Norton Rose Fulbright is pleased to announce that it is one of the supporting partners of the UK’s first accreditation scheme for family-friendly workplaces, the Family Inclusive Workplace certification.
The Family Inclusive Workplace certification recognises businesses’ commitment to supporting working parents, carers and their families.
The certification provides employers with a rigorous, evidence-based framework to assess and enhance policies. It ensures organisations support employee wellbeing and those with caring responsibilities, fostering a more inclusive culture, engaged workforce, and greater business success.
The certification is awarded by Working Families, the UK’s national charity for working parents and carers, which has partnered with Australia’s Family Friendly Workplaces organisation.
Norton Rose Fulbright in the UK has been awarded the accreditation following the certification process, underscoring its commitment to creating a supportive workplace that enables colleagues to thrive at work and home.
Norton Rose Fulbright was named one of Working Families Top 30 family-friendly employers in the UK in 2024.
