Our team culture

I was initially drawn to the Business and Legal Operations Scheme at NRF by the promise of a dynamic and multifaceted career path, combining my interests in law, innovation, and strategy. Over the past year, my experience has been nothing short of transformative. Seat rotations across the firm's Pricing, Strategic Bids and Legal Operations Consulting teams have broadened my knowledge of the legal operations landscape and honed my skills.

 In Pricing, I learned the intricacies of creating client proposals, understanding how competitive pricing strategies can impact the firm's success. My time in Strategic Bids taught me how to craft a winning proposal and allowed me to contribute directly to revenue generation and strategic growth within the firm. In the Legal Operations Consulting Team, I gained key insights into optimising legal processes for maximum efficiency and delivering value to clients.

Now, whilst on a client secondment I have the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills gained during previous seat rotations to provide valuable support. This experience provides a unique chance to gain first hand insight into a prominent financial institution's legal operations, fostering a deeper understanding of client needs and enhancing collaboration. It's an incredible opportunity and I'm excited about the road ahead.
