We are committed to removing assumptions, barriers and challenges faced by people with visible and invisible disabilities.
In September 2018, we launched a disability adjustments toolkit for HR and the business. The toolkit consists of a Recruitment Disability Adjustment Check List intended to guide recruiters in understanding and putting in place adjustments for candidates; an on-boarding Disability Adjustment Employee Form which is a short list of questions incorporated into new hires’ on-boarding paperwork; Workplace Adjustments Guidelines for Managers to guide managers in their discussions with employees who require workplace adjustments; and a Workplace Adjustments Passport which serves as a living record of adjustments agreed between and employee and their line manager and which can be reviewed and amended as necessary with the agreement of both the employee and line manager.
