Mathieu is a Corporate-M&A lawyer based in Paris.

He assists corporate groups and investors in their M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings or corporate reorganizations.

Mathieu has acquired a significant experience with leading groups and SMEs in the healthcare and life sciences sector (hospitals, healthcare professional groups, biotech), with new tech companies, financial institutions, and in the telecommunications industry.

Mathieu received a Master's in Financial Law from University of Paris-Dauphine, and a Master's in Business Administration from University Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne. He is a member of the Paris bar.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Mathieu worked seven years within the corporate-M&A department of French and U.S.-based law firms.
