David Seevaratnam focuses on current awareness for our Canadian offices, across our practice groups. After several years of creating and maintaining knowledge resources related to litigation and privacy, David now uses his experience tracking and digesting developments in the law to help oversee our national curated current awareness program and legislative updating service, ensuring that the firm's lawyers and clients are kept apprised of important developments that affect their practices and businesses.

As part of his role, David analyzes and summarizes legal developments from a variety of sources, creating internal and external alerts to highlight critical areas of importance to clients, firm leadership and practice areas. He also contributes his substantive knowledge in litigation and privacy to help in creating precedents and resources, enhancing the firm's offering of efficient, effective legal service.
