Biography
Catherine Pluck is a financial services lawyer based in London, with a focus on regulatory investigations and enforcement. She is responsible for UK contentious financial services knowledge, developing thought leadership, training and a range of other knowledge products to support the firm's clients and its internal teams.
In previous roles she has advised firms and individuals in relation to regulator information requests, Section 166 reports and in connection with regulatory proceedings and has acted in matters involving a number of different regulators including the PRA, FCA and Lloyd's of London. She has also advised clients on a number of large-scale commercial disputes, including tax litigation and insurance disputes.
