Biography
Simon Hartley is a banking lawyer based in London, specialising in asset finance and shipping finance. He is also global co-head of the shipping group.
Simon has experience of a broad range of international transactions in the shipping finance area and represents shipping companies, banks, lessors and other financial institutions in connection with all types of ship lending and leasing and shipping finance related arrangements. He has particular expertise in the cruise sector.
Simon is a member of The Law Society and The Baltic Exchange.
