Norton Rose Fulbright advises TotalEnergies on its acquisition of Bluecharge from Bolloré

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised TotalEnergies on its acquisition of Bluecharge Pte. Ltd., the largest electric vehicle-charging network in Singapore, from the Bolloré Group.
With more than 1,500 charge points installed in the city-state, this urban charging network represents approximately 85% of the charge points currently under operation in Singapore accessible to electric vehicle owners. This network has been developed with the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA) and other partners from both public and private sectors.
With this acquisition, TotalEnergies adds Singapore to its list of global cities, such as Paris, Amsterdam, London and Brussels, where the company is already actively developing its EV charge points installation and operation business.
