Global | Press release - Business | April 2025
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Integrity360, a leading cyber security specialist, on its acquisition of French cybersecurity firm Holiseum. The acquisition is part of Integrity360’s ambitious plan to expand further into mainland Europe.
The addition of Holiseum, founded in 2018 and specialized in critical and industrial infrastructure, will grow Integrity360’s group workforce to more than 700 employees and will enhance its service offerings with a focus on operational technology (OT) and internet of things (IoT).
Integrity360 plans to use this acquisition to bolster its existing cybersecurity services.
Holiseum's headquarters in Paris will become a new regional hub for Integrity360.
A Paris-based security operations center (SOC) will be launched later in the year, thus joining Integrity360's network of six other SOCs in Dublin, Stockholm, Naples, Sofia, Madrid, and Cape Town.
The Paris-based Norton Rose Fulbright team advising Integrity360 on this acquisition was led by corporate M&A partner Karine Montagut with assistance from counsel Marie-Adélaïde de Fleurieu and included labor and employment partner Laure Joncour, tax partner Antoine Colonna d’Istria and intellectual property partner Nadège Martin.
They were assisted by corporate M&A consultant Marilou Falomi, labor and employment counsel Marie-Thérèse Eugenio and senior associate Elodie Grangier, tax senior associate Mathieu Jung, intellectual property counsel Clément Monnet and senior associate Geoffroy Coulouvrat.
