Norton Rose Fulbright expands private equity team with new partner

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the appointment of Jamal Tuhin as a partner in London.

Jamal, a private equity lawyer who joins from Dechert, acts for private equity and financial sponsor clients across Europe and the US on every phase of international and domestic M&A transactions. He advises clients who operate within a variety of sectors, including life sciences and healthcare, technology, as well as financial services. 

Jamal has extensive experience in cohesively working with the management teams of clients' European-based portfolio companies. He was recently named as a recommended individual in the “Private equity: transactions – high-value deals” category in the 2025 edition of the UK Legal 500 guide of leading law firms.
