Norton Rose Fulbright advises Panattoni Europe on the construction of a production facility for Hager

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Panattoni Europe as the developer on the construction of a new production facility in Tychy, to be developed for Hager, a German manufacturer of electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
The Warsaw team negotiated the development management contract based on which Panattoni is developing the facility and is continuing to provide legal advisory regarding the construction process.
Panattoni Europe, one of the key clients of Norton Rose Fulbright in Poland, is an industrial property market leader in Europe and an industrial space developer whose goal is to support local business by providing multi-functional build-to-suit warehouse facilities.
Hager, founded in 1955 in Germany, is a leading supplier of electrical products for industrial, residential and commercial construction. The product range includes energy distribution, electrical installation equipment, building automation and cable management systems. The company has 22 production plants in ten countries around the world and employs 12,100 employees globally. Hager has 3,000 active patents and sells products in 100 countries. Hager Group has been established in Poland since 1992. The group employs more than 1200 people in two production sites and one logistics site.
The transaction was led by senior associate Jakub Kowalczyk from Warsaw’s real estate and construction team, supervised by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz.
