Norton Rose Fulbright advises Deutsche Bahn and its subsidiary Schenker-Joyau in major parcel delivery cartel case

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Deutsche Bahn (and its subsidiary Schenker-Joyau), as the first leniency applicant in the parcel delivery cartel case in France.

The French Competition Authority yesterday fined 20 courier companies a total fine of EUR 672.3 million.

Schenker-Joyau was fined a fixed sum of EUR 3 million by the Authority, considering that it had partially violated its collaboration duty as a result of the negligence of one of its former employees.
