Biography
Dr Hannah Frahm, LL.M. is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Munich.
Hannah focuses on advising national and international companies as well as private equity funds on M&A transactions, in particular on cross-border projects; her sector focus is on advising automotive and industrial as well as consumer goods companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah worked in the corporate and M&A practice group at another leading international law firm in Munich. Before that she worked as a solicitor with one of the leading Scottish law firms in Edinburgh.
